If any of the prohibited acts below are confirmed and we judge the user inappropriate as a member, service will be terminated immediately and the cast will leave. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Subsequent use may be refused and member registration may be deleted. If necessary, penalties and damages may be claimed through legal counsel.
Please read and understand the prohibited acts below before using our service.

Prohibited Acts

・Requesting sexual intercourse or related acts
・Demanding services beyond the official service menu
・Illegal recording or photography
　If discovered, this will be treated as a criminal act and reported to police.
　Photography with camera-enabled mobile phones is also prohibited.
・Scouting or solicitation directed at cast members
・Using service in an inappropriate room or environment
・Abusive language or violence toward cast members
・Presence of a third party other than the customer at the service location

Service may also be refused in the following cases:

・Use of drugs (cannabis, stimulants, thinner, dangerous drugs, etc.)
・Severe intoxication
・Sexually transmitted or other contagious diseases, or when judged likely by cast
・Frequent cancellations due to customer convenience
・Attempting to meet or contacting cast outside official procedures
・Organized crime affiliates or equivalent groups
・Tattoos (including one-point tattoos)
・Any other case judged inappropriate by staff
